Gabby Lugaila has been an integral part of the management team at Priory Hospitality Group since March of 2021. After participating in an internship program through Slippery Rock University in 2020 and early 2021, she joined the staff at the Mansions on Fifth Hotel as the Guest Services Supervisor. With a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and minor in Business Administration, Gabby brings to the table a background that is invaluable in providing the highest level of service to our event clients and hotel guests. Her 7 year background in customer service means from the moment a client walks in the door at Mansions on Fifth, until the guest's departure, his or her expectations and needs will be met with the utmost level of care and experience.
